Latitude started in 1999 as a provider of consultancy and training services in the fields of Social Welfare, Employment, Equality & Diversity and Personal & Business Development. We’re proud of our reputation for excellence, our integrity and our independence. Each year we’ve grown and added to our experience in our field. Our director heads a team of specially selected experts delivering quality services.

When I left college I had no specific job in my sights so I said yes to the first one I was offered (it just so happened to be the first one I applied for!) And so I become an ‘adviser’ and realised I enjoyed the enormous variety and challenge of it, and much to my surprise, discovered a talent for advocacy.

For the next 15 years I worked as a representative in a range of voluntary and public sector organisations before leaving to start Latitude Consortium with my business partner, Mick. So I’ve come full circle – starting in the voluntary sector and now running my own company – and I still enjoy the enormous variety of the work!
